For More than just Decorating Cake

These candles have become important for small rituals throughout my day. For instance I light one in the morning while I drink tea or at night while I read in bed. When my mind is all over the place, sometimes I burn one and stare at the flame until it extinguishes. Knowing they burn for about 20 minutes helps.

How many birthday candles come in a box? 

Our standard 3” birthday cake candles come with 20 candles to a box!  Our Gala, or tall birthday cakes come with 12 in a box.

These packaging doesn’t look familiar, has it changed?

Yes!  We recently changed our packaging to recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes!  There are still the same number of candles per package!

How long does one of your birthday number candles last for? 

It depends a little bit, but typically a couple of minutes.  You will definitely have time to sing, and take a few good photos!

If you change your mind about your order, or if the colour or size just doesn’t work, please contact us within 7 days. We will ask you to repack items carefully and return them to us. We will refund you, less the cost of shipping, for product returned in a saleable condition.

If you notice that product was damaged in shipping or if we made an error with your order please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to make it right, at our cost.

If you feel unsatisfied with the performance of your candle, contact us right away. Beeswax candles have some unique traits and we have some great tips and tricks to help achieve the best burning experience. We’ll request some information, share our expertise with you and hopefully set things right. If you’re still totally unhappy with your order we’ll refund the purchase price, less the cost of shipping.
